Happy people are content and satisfied with their overall life right now.  They also continue "happy habits" and strive to be the best they can be while embracing the journey.  

WHAT IS A LIFE COACH?

Adulting is hard.  Sometimes we need a little help from our friends... or professionals for hire.  People who understand our struggles, and believe in us.  Sometimes we also need an accountability partner to help us stay on track and accomplish our goals.   

Humans are not built to go through this life alone.  we are social creatures and need social interactions and relationships.  Life coaching is a relationship between a client and coach focused on the client reaching their full potential and accomplishing their life goals.  

WHAT IS AN INTUITIVE EATING COACH?

Intuitive eating coaches empower, encourage, and give you the tools to ditch the diet, and love eating foods again!  They help you create a new system of eating, one that excites you and that is sustainable 5, 10, and 15 years down the road. 

Food is not good or bad, it just is.  Some foods make you feel good, other foods not so much.  There are no rigid rules, starving yourself, saying goodbye to pasta or ice cream.  Instead, intuitive eating coaching encourages you to eat foods your tummy loves when you are hungry, stop eating when you are full, eat every few hours, move with glee, spend time doing things you love, and not obsess about calories.
